Professor Heidi Hornik At The Helm of The Midwest Art History Society

Dr. Heidi J. Hornik, Professor of Art History and President of the Midwest Art History Society (MAHS), will conduct the Board of Directors meeting of the organization on Wednesday, March 18 at the Magnolia Hotel in downtown Houston.

The board dinner, composed of twenty art history and museum professionals who lead MAHS, opens the 47th Annual Conference to be hosted by the Museum of Fine Arts Houston and the Menil Collection from March 19-21, 2020.

As President, Dr. Hornik will chair the business luncheon on Friday, March 20, from 12-1:30 pm in the Glassell Foyer at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, where new officers and board members will be elected. Dr. Hornik will then begin her 3-year term as Past President on the Board of Directors.
