Baylor Painting Professor Winter Rusiloski Curates Art for Be Human Kindness Exhibition & Auction

November 4, 2022

Painting Professor Winter Rusiloski recently volunteered her time to serve as Art Curator for the Be Human Kindness organization’s Exhibition and Auction entitled: The Art of Kindness.

Be Human Kindness is an organization that supports, navigates and empowers families with choices for the next steps of relocation after their evacuation from Ukraine.

Their program is committed to protecting the nuclear family with safe, stable housing during the relocation process, while providing for their immediate needs after evacuation.

Baylor Art Faculty, including Professors Heidi Hornik, Jerolyn Morrison, Mack Gingles, Tina Lineville, Andrew McIntyre, Jennings Sheffield, Benny Fountain, along with Winter Rusiloski donated pieces of their professional work to the auction.

Baylor alum, Victoria Gonzales created a live painting during the event, which was then auctioned off at the end of the evening.

The auction, recently held in Fort Worth, raised over $180,000

Thank you to Professor Rusiloski for her work in curating the exhibition and to Baylor faculty and Alumna for working to bring some kindness to the world.
