Art History Professor Jerolyn Morrison Is Guest Lecturer at Texas A&M University

Dr. Jerolyn Morrison experienced a fabulous day yesterday at Texas A&M University with students from the College of Architecture and Professor Kevin Glowacki! 

Morrison said "It was an honor to be their guest lecturer and speak on Mochlos Neopalatial Pithoi and potters".

The title of the lecture was Late Minoan Pithoi Makers: Robust & Blended Pottery Production at Mochlos. 

The students were given a recently published article by Dr. Morrison on the subject from the Oxford Journal of Archaeology to prepare. As a bonus, they  visited the Institute of Nautical Archaeology to pay respects to George Bass, a noted expert in the field of nautical archaeology.
