Krista earned her BFA from Pacific Lutheran University, where she built a strong foundation in studio art and design thinking. She began her career in Seattle, working in Marketing for Starbucks Coffee, where she refined her ability to merge creativity with brand strategy and storytelling.

Her path later led her to New York City, where she joined leading advertising agencies such as Bozell Worldwide and LOWE (now MullenLowe). There, she collaborated on national campaign teams, deepening her understanding of large-scale brand development.

Throughout her career, Krista has continued to evolve her design practice, partnering with major retail brands like Nordstrom as well as local businesses and entrepreneurs. Her work is defined by a classic and streamlined point of view, ensuring each project connects authentically with its audience.
